Photobook Timeline

Step 1
Client fills out the Order Form and Pixel Pages will create an invoice/quote based on the form details

Both parties agree and Client pays 30% up-front fee and sends over the photos via Google Drive or Google Photos

Pixel Pages will finish the first draft of the photobook within the week
(2 weeks if photo selection is included)

Client reviews and provides extensive feedback
(Please list all the edits and changes you require)

Pixel Pages will makes all the changes at once and show the Client the final photobook
(No additional changes after this unless you pay per hour for further revisions)

Final review is complete and the order will be placed!

Service Agreement

The purpose of a Service Agreement is to ensure clarity and mutual understanding by outlining expectations, quality standards, and project timelines for Pixel Pages photobook design services. This agreement establishes responsibilities for both parties and provides a framework for resolving disputes, promoting smoother workflows and client satisfaction.

By clearly defining terms and conditions, an SA also offers legal protection and fosters trust and professionalism between the photobook designer and clients. Ultimately, I believe this SA enhances communication, accountability, and the overall quality of our photobook projects! I encourage all clients to read this document prior to placing an order ☺
